He was predeceased by: his parents, Felix Finney and Annie Cook Finney; and his wife Shirley Finney. He is survived by: his daughter Kelli Jo Finney.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Murfreesboro Funeral Home (145 Innsbrooke Blvd, Murfreesboro, TN 37128). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 from 2:30 PM to 3:00 PM at the Evergreen Cemetery (519 Greenland Dr, Murfreesboro, TN 37130).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Joe's name to the Murfreesboro Fire Department.
