He is survived by: his wife Janie Little Upchurch; his daughters, Emily Mitten (Travis), Ellen Crider (Kevin) and Elise Carver (Johnathon); his grandchildren, Julianna True (Tim), Ashleigh Mitten, Charity Mitten, Caroline Mitten, Emma Crider, Will Crider, Clara Crider, Nolan Crider, Tate Carver, Ailee Carver and Gaines Carver; his great grandchildren, Selah and Piper Joy True; and his siblings, Linda Cash (Sid), Jim Upchurch and Debbie Snipes (Chip).
