He is survived by: his wife Mary Howell; his children, John Howell (Kim), Daniel Howell, Gerald Howell (Alex) and Megan Fish (Berenger); his brother Kenneth Howell (Jeannie); and his pet Duffy. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
