He is survived by: his parents, Bernard (Margaret Lauterbach) and John; his wife Carol; his children, Page (Zachary), Shane and John Luke; his siblings, Linda (Gary), Bernie (Natalie) and Bob (Vickie); and his nieces and nephews, Berkley, Megan (Levi), Christina, Benjamin (Morgan), Michael, Alex, Christopher and John Michael.
