With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Jolly of Murfreesboro, Tennessee, born in Blountsville, Alabama, who passed away on August 4, 2020 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, James Chester and Margaret Willodene Bynon Jolly; and his sister Dee Cosper. He is survived by: his wife Sherry Dawson Jolly of Murfreesboro, Tennessee; his children, Ryan Jolly (Heather) of Moulton, Alabama and Jessica Jolly of Murfreesboro, Tennessee; his granddaughters, Madilyn, Lily and Ellie Jolly; his brother James Chester Jolly (Anne); and his nephews, Chris, Alan (Sandra) and Scott Jolly.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the American Heart Association and the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, or the Marlee Sutton Foundation.
