In the sacred silence of farewell, John Larry is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. And as his memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that John Larry's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Bessie Hill Giles and William M. Giles; and his sister Ruth Edmondson. He is survived by: his wife Linda Giles; his daughter Valerie Gill (Pat Gill); and his grandchildren, Trevor Giles (Ashley Giles), Camden, Emily Gill, Raleigh and Ansley Giles.
Visitation was held on Thursday, May 29th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Jennings & Ayers Funeral Home (820 S Church St, Murfreesboro, TN 37130). A celebration of life was held on Friday, May 30th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the St Marks United Methodist Church (1267 N Rutherford Blvd, Murfreesboro, TN 37130).
