He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Blaylock and Cleo Johnson Blaylock; and his siblings, Daisy Bell, Betty Blaylock, Whitney Oakwood, Charles Oakwood, Anna Neeley and Nancy Wiser.
He is survived by: his sister Stella Curbow. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
