He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret Wolfe Rucker and John Richardson Rucker, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Patty Rucker; his children, Rich Rucker (Ann Elizabeth) and Anne Rucker Loy (Josh); his grandchildren, Will, Emmie and Frannie; and his siblings, Richard Rucker (Sue), Libbi Rucker-Reed and Debbie Combos.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 19th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the One Church-Calvary (431 Dejarnette Ln, Murfreesboro, TN 37130). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 at the Evergreen Cemetery (519 Greenland Dr, Murfreesboro, TN 37130).
