He is survived by: his children, John Mayfield, Jr. (Kendra) of Hohenwald, Carl Bret Mayfield of Johnson City, TN, Renee Graves (Mark) of Chapel Hill, TN and Lacy Mayfield of Murfreesboro, TN; his siblings, Carl Mayfield, Jr. (Becky) of Murfreesboro, TN and Betty; his brother-in-law David Ramirez of Hohenwald; his grandchildren, Harley Gallaher, Hayden Graves, Kara Mayfield, Kailey Mayfield, Charlee Mayfield, Trey Landers, Jase Hobbs, Ryver Hobbs and Keelee Whitney; his great grandchild Gracen Graves; his nephew Shane Murray; and his nieces, Kelly Stowe and Erica Knight.
