With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Josephine C. Bills of Murfreesboro, Tennessee, born in Lewisburg, Tennessee, who passed away on August 5, 2023 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Joe Dan Bills; her daughter Kelly Irene; and her parents, Melba Chapman and Joe Loyd Chapman. She is survived by: her daughters, Bonnie Mullican (Robert) and Patricia Apple; and her grandson Taylor Mullican (Sheree). She is also survived by two great grandchildren.
