She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruby Jane Lassiter and Emanuel Albert Gaither; her sister Anna Faye Alexander; her son Gregory William Comstock; her nieces, Dustie and Kayce Davis; and her nephew Matthew Davis.
She is survived by: her daughters, Debra Comstock Hammer of Richmond Hill, GA and Jaclyn Comstock of Murfreesboro, TN; and her niece Ann Davis. She is also survived by five grandchildren.
