She is survived by: her husband Billy Lawrence Fizer; her children, Shane Fizer and Sarah Fizer Winfrey (Anthony); her brothers, Mark Brown (Deanie), Joe Brown (Ann) and Jerry Brown (Ronnie); and her grandchildren, Charles Winfrey (Tammy) and B. J. Winfrey.

“When Judy Mae was born, she had six older brothers and sisters. Shirley Ann was the youngest until Judy was born, she was five years old, the oldest was Mary Helen who was 13 years old. Judy was a jewel, she was just full of herself and was a good wife to her husband, Billy. She loved her children and grandchildren and I know there will be some hard days ahead for them with His Comforting Grace. I am her brother Joe, and I played a big part in spoiling her rotten, I loved her and always will”
