She is survived by: her husband Ronald E Webb; her stepson William Webb; her granddaughter Taylor Webb; her siblings, Nancy Davidson Schiela and Richard H Davidson (Jayne); her nieces and nephews, Kristin Schiela Phillip (David), Madalyn Davidson Wimmer (Benjamin), Grace Davidson, Jack Davidson and Force Phillip; and her sisters-in-law, Yvonne Webb Murken, Linda Webb Lemley, Sondra Webb Croft, Rhonda Webb Petit and Lucille Webb Underwood.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed, in Julie's name, to either church or the humane society of your choice.
