He is survived by: his wife Candace Wait (Rae); his children, Melinda, Betsy and Jon; his grandchildren, Sami Hull (Micah), Megan Maxey, Sydney Smith, Jett Smith, Tristan Wait and Sydney-Savannah Wait; and his great grandchild Hadley Joy Hull.
