He is survived by: his wife Donna White; his children, Robert White (Meredith) and Cheri Miller (Chris); his grandchildren, Joshua White (Laura), Allison Ratkey (Ben), Caleb Miller (Mercy), Benjamin White, Emily Miller, Joseph Miller and Jonathan Miller; his great grandchild Jackson Lee Miller; and his sister Janice Turner.
