She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Meyer and Kathryn Walters Meyer; and her brother Jospeh Meyer. She is survived by: her former husband Michael Hoffman; her son Christopher Hoffman Sergeant (Tiffany Hoffman Lemus Ornelas); her husband Lalo Lemus Ornelas; her former husband Michael Counihan; her siblings, Kathie Meyer Riehle (Michael), Patsy Meyer Parrett (Thomas), Robert Meyer Jr. (Melissa), Jennifer Meyer Arlinghaus (Peter) and Joann Meyer McClure (Kevin); her grandson Nicholas Hoffman; and her siblings, Kaylee Hoffman, John Tilson and Brock Zack.

Visitation was held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Murfreesboro Funeral Home (145 Innsbrooke Blvd, Murfreesboro, TN 37128). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
