He was predeceased by: his mother Marjorie Kirk; and his sisters, Jerry Sue Cresswell and Tina Gray. He is survived by: his wife Cathy Kirk; his sister Betty Glenn Harris of Ft. Worth, Texas; and his stepsons, Mitch Fitzpatrick (Jenni) of Murfreesboro, TN and Mike Fitzpatrick (Penny) of Davenport, Iowa..
