He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Levi and Ora Wright Levi; his children, Mary Jane Levi Houston and Lester W. Levi, Jr.; and his brother Sid Levi.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Levi; his children, Cindy Spratley (Al) and Chuck Levi (Cathy); his stepchildren, Kim Ouimet (Eric), Debbie Dorris and Harvey Vandiver; and his brother Mike Levi (Janice) of Murfreesboro. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren.
