She was predeceased by: her parents, Dwight Alonzo and Mildred Cockrum Rowland; her husband Dr. Harley W. Foutch; her brother Jerry Rowland; and her in-laws, Cleo, Marie Foutch, Cleva Simmons, Gene Fox, Mary Alice Fox and Fern Eubank.
She is survived by: her friend Cheri Claybrooke; her daughters, Michelle Rowe (Scott) and Robin Anderson (Ryan); her grandchildren, Caleb, Emalee Grace, Joshua, Ashlyn, Rumi Ryan and Brady; her siblings, Bob Rowland (Verna), Rex Rowland (Lois), Joe Rowland, Shirley Dry (Frank) and Jane Lewis (Wayne); and her siblings-in-law, Tony Foutch (Peggy) and Shirley Foutch.
