She was predeceased by: her husband James Thomas Collins; her son Tim Collins; her parents, Andrew Thurman Moore and Mattie Hoover Moore; and her brothers, Oscar Moore and Clayton Davis Moore.

She is survived by: her son Bill Collins; her daughter-in-law Kerry Collins; and her grandchildren, Michael Collins (Marlena) and Katie Collins.
