He was predeceased by: his sister Joy Hawkins Beyer. He is survived by: his wife Anne; his children, Susan Mathes (Robert) of Illinois and Brian Hawkins of Florida; his brother E. David Hawkins (Alberta) of Connecticut; his brother-in-law Kalani Beyer (Suzanne Evans) of Hawaii; and his sister Phyllis Johnson (Robert) of Illinois. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
