He was predeceased by: his parents, Zacharie Biton and Ursile Florent Biton. He is survived by: his children, Rachelle Biton (Renaud Alexandre) of Hyde Park, MA and Jude Zachurie David (Shalika) of Rockland, MA; his granddaughters, Addison and Sydney; and his siblings, Poupeth Biton, Gertha Biton, Rodlin Biton and Windell Biton. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

“Biton Family, I am so sorry to hear of the passing of Malary. I had the pleasure of working with him for a year with Rover Transportation. He and I spoke of our French Heritage Language, I learned from him and he learned from me, he was a great teacher, we had quite a few laughs he and I.
