He is survived by: his children, Wayne Black (Teresa), Judy Patton (Roger), Cathy Alsup (Rick) and Deborah O'Haver (Jim); and his siblings, Howard Black, Lorene Elrod and Margaret Welker (John). He is also survived by twelve grandchildren, twenty-five great-grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
