She is survived by: her daughter Rhonda Carroll-Boner (Michael) of Hermitage; her grandsons, Ryan Carroll and Wesley Hayes; her great grandchild Savannah Carroll; her caregivers, Kathryn McElroy and Brittany Irvin; and her friend Faye.
