With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Margaret Jean Drewry of Murfreesboro, Tennessee, born in Readyville, Tennessee, who passed away on September 30, 2022 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parent Elmus Alexander; her husband Isaac Richard Drewry; her siblings, John Alexander (Jane) of Smithville, TN, Robert Alexander (Jean) of Smithville, TN and Waldean Mitchell (Eugene); and her brother-in-law Edwin Neely.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Drewry (Lisa) of Smyrna, TN, Linda Byford (Steve) of Murfreesboro, Susan Baker (Jeff) of Murfreesboro, Betsy Johnson (Erik) of Brentwood and Patty Drewry of Murfreesboro; her grandchildren, Wade Byford, Richard Drewry, Robert Drewry and Abigail Baker; her sister Hazel Neely; and her pet Chip. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations may be made to Churches of Christ Disaster Relief Fund or Alive Hospice.
