He is survived by: his children, Matthew Ryan Crouch (Sarah) of Cincinnati, OH and Jessica Nicole Yeomans (Matthew) of Murfreesboro; his grandchildren, Ellenie Crouch, Claire Crouch, Autumn Yeomans and Elisebeth Yeomans; and his brother Christopher Crouch (Donna) of Glen Burnie, MD. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
