He was predeceased by: his father Jerry Cutlip; his stepmother Pat Cutlip; his siblings, Joni Jones and Nick Cutlip; and his parents-in-law, Jean and Ben Coop.
He is survived by: his wife Debbie Coop Cutlip; his mother Carolyn Cutlip Fitts; his father-in-law Ray; and his brother Bryan Cutlip (Becky).
