She was predeceased by: her parents, William Costello and Shirley Costello; and her sisters, Kathryn Snyder and Patricia Hawthorne. She is survived by: her husband Steven Holl; her children, Benjamin Holl (Sienna) and Courtney Holshoe (Chadd); and her grandchildren, Ramsey Holl, Aidan Holl, Madisan Holshoe, Ruby Holl, Mazie Holshoe and Sophie Holshoe.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Tennessee Oncology, who provided great care for Mary over the course of her illness.
