He was predeceased by: his father Billy T. Fisher; and his grandparents, Kenneth Lee Hughes, Leroy and Frances Davis. He is survived by: his children, Haley Ann Fisher and Owen Blake Fisher; his mother Pam Fisher; his brother Jason Lee Fisher; and his grandmother Shirley Ann Hughes. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, family and friends.

Due to allergy concerns the family requests no flowers be sent to the service. Memorial donations may be made to a charity of your choice.
