It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Maude Martin (Murfreesboro, Tennessee), born in Exmore, Virginia, who passed away on February 12, 2024, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Paul R. Spady and Mary Frances Davis; her son Kevin Martin; and her great grandchild Desire. She is survived by : her daughters, Phyllis Short and Shasme "Dee" Davis (John Anthony Diaz); her sisters, Yvonne Young and Elga Matthews; her grandchildren, Jaierre Short (Shakia), Tiara Short and Preston Short; her great grandchildren, Jaslin, Jaierre Jr., TàNiyah, MàRiyah, Isaiah, Preston Jr., Harmony, Aniyah, Raya and Stephen; and her close friend Douglas W. Bell.
