He was predeceased by: his father Howell Lewis. He is survived by: his mother Mary Lynne Lewis of Ochlocknee, GA; his brother Dave Lewis; and his sister-in-law Kelly Lewis of Chattanooga, TN. He is also survived by his family, friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 21st 2026 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Hermitage Funeral Home (535 Shute Ln, Old Hickory, TN 37138). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 21st 2026 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
