He is survived by: his daughters, Lizzi Bambakakis (Chris) of Augusta and Michaela Tyler (Robbie Westerbeck) of Smyrna, Tennessee; his grandchildren, Edith of Maine, Emilia of Maine, Elinor of Maine, Eowyn of Maine, Ember of Maine, Emerson of Maine and Ira of Maine; his brothers, Tim Tyler of Dallas and Walter "Tank" Tyler of Tallahassee; and his sister-in-law Kaye Tyler of Tallahassee. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
