He is survived by: his daughter Dr. Tara Mitchell Mielnik (Mike); his grandson Carson; his great grandchild Molly Mitchell; his significant other Diana Mullins; his significant other's daughters, Jackie Montgomery (Johnny), Myla, Cooper, Zoe (Carlos) and Cindy Clark (Sam); his sisters, Theodora Cook (Teddy) and Dr. Suzanne Sweatt; his cousin Dr. James Morris (Norma); and also, Zack, Ashley, Austin, Brett and Sean.
