She is survived by: her daughter Annette Danielle Lunn (Matthew Houser); her grandson Seth Daniel McGathy; and her siblings, Charles "Chucky" Thompson (Melissa), Paula Ladd (Jerry), Jamie Thompson (Chad Bush) and Melody Smith (Scottie).
