Obie Frank is survived by: wife Jacqueline Shipp; children, Kerri Lynn Shipp-Mendez (Juan Carlos Mendez, Sr.) of Texas, Jamie Marie Thompson of Vermont and Dustin James Thompson of Tennessee; grandchildren, Anthony Jordan Shipp, Sam Graves Jr., Victor Graves, Faith Marshall, Hope Marshall, Hannah Thompson and Joseph Thompson; great grandchildren, Kailynn Lynice Shipp and Nevaeh Elisabeth-Leigh Shipp; brother Clifton David Johnson, Sr.; and siblings-in-law, Vincent Perdue, Charles Perdue (Yvonne), Elizabeth Wahweotten and Michella Sturtevant (Nick).
