She was predeceased by: her husband James Edward Mobley; her sons, Russell Wayne Mobley and Gary Randall Mobley; and her parents, William Marvin Hemba and Odessa Susan Williamson.
She is survived by: her daughters, Rhonda Summar (Brian) and Sandra D. Arnold (David); and her grandchildren, Joanna Dee Jones, Forrest Arnold, Nicholas Mobley and Justin Mobley. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
