It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Olga Trujillo-Valdez of Murfreesboro, Tennessee, born in Pueblo, Colorado, who passed away on April 5, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Carmel Gonzales and Andrea Gonzales; her husband Philip J. Valdez; her daughters, Darla Trujillo-Knight (Eddie Ybarra) of Mesa, AZ and Christina; her grandson Anthony; her pet Lizzy; her siblings, Barbara Portillos (Ernie) and Philip; and her stepchildren, Jim Valdez (Gloria), Phil Valdez (Shelley) and Anna Trujillo (Greg) of Denver, CO. She was also cherished by four step-grandchildren, and three great grandchildren.

Memorial donations may be made to your local animal shelter, botanical gardens, United Cerebral Palsy, Highland Junior High in Gilbert, AZ, Latinas First Foundation, St Jude, or Reading Partners.
