She was predeceased by : her parents, Jack Miller Palmer, Jr. and Margaret Grissim Palmer; and her brother Jack Miller Palmer, III. She is survived by : her husband Bill; her daughter Tiffany Coleman; her son-in-law Jeremy Coleman; her son Will Santi; her daughter-in-law Jessica Santi; her daughter Susanna Foster; her son-in-law Andy Foster; her brother Tom Palmer; her sister-in-law Bobbie Jean Palmer; her nephew Greyson Palmer; her grandchildren, Caroline, Luke Coleman, Jack, Katelyn Santi, Lane and Laurie Foster; her great-nephew Alex Ryan; and her great-niece Abigail Dilday.

Donna Grammer Blair lit a candle

“I am so sad to learn of Priscilla's passing. At the same time, I rejoice in knowing that she is with our Heavenly Father now, where she will never suffer pain again! Priscilla and I were cheerleaders in high school, and we cheered against each other--she at Donelson and I at Antioch. (Priscilla stood out with her long blonde ponytail!) Then, when we were students at MTSU, Priscilla and I were cheerleaders TOGETHER cheering on our Blue Raiders. I have fond memories of our time together.”
