She is survived by: her children, Hattie Anderson, Helen Robinson, Ben H. Robinson Jr. (Marcia), Linda Clark (Kenneth), Terry Robinson, Patricia Johnson (William), Steven Robinson, Carolyn Russell (Daniel), Tracy Cole (Melvin), Kathy Robinson, Detrich Robinson and Kim Robinson; her sister Katherine Smotherman-Claude; her son-in-law Derwin Gay; and her brother-in-law Clyde Robinson. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, as well as a host of loving nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
Viewing will be held on Thursday, November 5th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Hellum Funeral Chapel (611 S Highland Ave, Murfreesboro, TN 37130). A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 6th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Olive Branch Church (1115 Minerva Dr, Murfreesboro, TN 37130). A burial will be held on Monday, November 9th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Nashville National Cemetery.
