He was predeceased by: his parents, Ulic Eells and Ruth Gray Eells; and his sister Wanda Cosper. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Graves Eells; his adoptive daughters, Melissa Claxton (Jeff) and Valerie Suzanne Belew; his grandsons, Dr. Ryan Claxton (Samantha) and Taylor Andrew Claxton; his daughters, Cindy Barrevecchio, Regina Geib, Melody Mattison and Elizabeth Eells; and his sister Susan Niedergeses.
