He was predeceased by: his son James Richard Lowe, Jr.; his parents, James Lowe and Margaret Lowe; and his brother Donald E. Lowe. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Lowe; his son Christopher Lowe (Stephanie); his siblings, Ronald W. Lowe, Danny H. Lowe (Patti), Deborah Lowe and Lisa Whitley (Kent); and his grandsons, Matt Lowe and Trey Lowe. He is also survived by two sons, three grandchildren, and three great grandchildren.
