He is survived by: his daughter Kathryn Phillips (Jason) of Knoxville, TN; his grandsons, Landon, Britton and Cameron; his mother Jane Jones Goodwin; his brothers, Sam Goodwin (Elizabeth) and Steve Goodwin (Judy); and his friend Eiko Crowe.

Fred was born June 5, 1947, and left this earthly life ---- as a result of Parkinson's Disease and other accompanying health issues.
