He was predeceased by: his parents, Roland Hanson and Roxie Bishop Hanson; his wife Marian L. Hanson; and his son Robert Hanson, Jr.. He is survived by: his sons, David Hanson (Jeanne) and James Hanson (Darlene); and his daughter-in-law Mary Hanson. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and many great grandchildren.
