He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Anne Phillips; his children, Michael Johnston (Sally), David Johnston (Tracy) and AnneMarie Bisarek (Scott); his grandsons, Jacob, Justin, Evan, Zachary Johnston and Scotty Bisarek; his great grandchildren, Oliver and Ford Johnston; and his brother Joe Johnston.
