He was predeceased by: his parents, Quint Henry Sanborn and Marion Elizabeth Gray; and his siblings, Gloria Moldscheck, Blanche Sanborn, David Sanborn and Bill Sanborn.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Buchanan Sanborn; his sons, John (Jean) and Fredrick (Angela); and his sister Ruth Sanborn. He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and close friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Woodfin Funeral Chapel - Murfreesboro (1488 Lascassas Pike, Murfreesboro, TN 37130). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Cothran Cemetery (918 Hant Holw Rd, Rockvale, TN 37153).
