He is survived by: his wife Marie Elaine Wright Waggoner; his children, Michael Waggoner (Samantha) and Rosie Kuethe (Rick); his siblings, Mike Waggoner (Beth) and Carolyn Taylor; and his grandchildren, Jocelyn and Kylee.
