With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ronald Jackson Simones of Murfreesboro, Tennessee, who passed away on April 9, 2023 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Jackson and Gladys Aughinbaugh Simons; his wife Luanne Rice Simones; his sisters, Clora Cantrell (Clinton), Wilma Passons and Christine Hill (Larry); and his stepson Tim Wilson.
He is survived by: his children, Tony Simones (Shawntay) of Columbia, MO, Angie Pryor (Mitch) of Murfreesboro, TN, Chris Simones of McMinnville, TN and Dirk Simones (JoAnn) of Greensboro, NC; his stepdaughter Senna Brasher of Murfreesboro, TN; his grandchildren, Kendal Bengsch, Quint Simones (Becca) and Mary Margaret Simones; and his stepgranddaughters, Ashley Barksdale (Johnny) and Jessica Wilson (Phillip). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and step-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
