With sadness, we share the passing of Rosie Waggoner of Murfreesboro, Tennessee. Rosie, born on July 22, 1952, passed away on September 13, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Family, friends, and acquaintances remember Rosie for her warmth, thoughtfulness, and the moments shared together. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Waggoner and Ethel Kelly Waggoner; her nieces, Greta Higgins and Jessica Turner; and her brother Glen Waggoner.
She is survived by: her siblings, Peggy Gillespie of Dallas, Judy Walker of Smithville, Rita Koby (Mike) of Smithville and Ken Waggoner of Smithville.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Whorton Springs Cemetery (2925 TN-56, Smithville, TN 37166).
In lieu of flowers, the family ask that donations be made to DeKalb Funeral Chapel to help with funeral expenses in memory of Ms. Rosie.
