He is survived by: his wife Treva Douglas; his sons, John Culver, Kirk Douglas (Darlene), Ricky Raines and Randy Raines (Melissa); and his grandchildren, Chuck Culver, Kyle Culver, Tyler Culver, Bronson Raines (Elizabeth), Raquel Spencer (Dylan), Brittney Tucker (Devin), Cara Pierce (Daniel) and Campbell Brown. He is also survived by 10 Great-Grandchildren.
