Though Ruth may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Veron Gupton and Hazel Gupton; and her husband Billy E. Stanley. She is survived by: her son Michael E. Stanley (Alice); her grandchildren, Bonnie Boykin (Mark), Jane Alaba Carter (Alex) and Beau A. Stanley (Jackie); her great grandchildren, Rachel and Emma Stanley; and her sisters, Peggy Justice (Wayne) and Frances Gafford.
